The hotel has an very nice location near the Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio. I enjoyed a great breakfast with a wide choice of food and a beautiful view overlooking the Arno at sunrise. The room was spacious, a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful .
The elevator operated very slowly. I preferred to use the stairs.

The convenient location allowed easy access to notable landmarks. i appreciated the rooftop bar, perfect for quiet moments as i overlooked the arno river. the hotel provided excellent in-room amenities. Toiletries and comfortable bedding.
I found the elevator operation rather slow. This sometimes caused delays in accessing different floors.

The location allowed very easy access to the uffizi gallery. the breakfast room presented beautiful ceiling paintings. We loved it. the rooftop terrace offered a great view.

uninterested staff street noise
The location was excellent for seeing local sights.
I was disappointed with aspects of the service and room. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The room, an Executive Double or Twin Room, felt outdated. It needed better soundproofing. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep well.

amazing experience near ponte vecchio
elegant decor tasty selection quality linen friendly staff
i loved being so close to the uffizi gallery it was magnificent ponte vecchio was also right there the breakfast room's elegant decor caught my eye breakfast offered tasty selections too i found the bed linen soft and of great quality the staff was helpful and friendly
our room allowed sounds from upstairs and the corridor to easily filter through noise cancellation was absent i experienced a few sleepless nights due to early or late check-ins and check-outs

The hotel breakfast offered many choices served in a beautiful room (I liked the fresh pastries). My room faced the Arno. It was an Executive room, perfect with a super bathroom.
The rooftop bar lacked some atmosphere.
